So is it just me of is UK the worst good team in the country. Like seriously could they be any worse and still be good. I just had the pleasure of watching the Cats yuk it up against an absolutely HoRRRRibile LSU squad. Now I know Big Baby was a big baby and sat this one out, but really.
LSU was completely lost out there. Playing with no point guard (like they have been all season) and no post presence, they gave KenSucky fits all night long. This squad had no clue how run virtually any kind of offensive system yet they led KY by 16 early.
The only thing that could save them was CoRUPPt Areana. The game swung on a fantom technical foul on the LSU coach who had just sat down after ripping his players for their blatantly moronic press break tactics. The call was for "excessive verbage" and led to two free throws and a subsequent 3 by the one player that I actually like on the UK roster, freshman Jodie Meeks.
The momentum swing in Rupp was palpable even through the TV and there was no way LSU was gonna survive much longer. The Cats, to their credit, did what they had to do and got hot and just long enough to make it interesting. They put LSU away late mostly due to the Tigers having no answer for Randy "Big Question Mark" Morris. This dude straight up said his fat head wasn't in the game at 'Bama on Saturday, pulled it just far enough out of his butt tonight to put up a double-double while being defended by air most of the time. Way to go "Big ?", we're all pullin for ya!
